OUR CAUSES

Our Causes

In addition to providing numerous donated gift cards to any local school or health related cause that asks, we proudly support the following with larger contributions:

Round Up River Ranch

Grouse Mountain Grill donates food and staff, including Chef, to a collaborative dinner hosted by Round Up River Ranch for a major fund raising evening for about 350 people each summer.

“Roundup River Ranch provides free, year-round programs and camp experiences to all children with serious Illnesses and their families from the extended Rocky Mountain region. Our campers experience the true joys of childhood through old-fashioned camp fun as they make friends, try new activities and simply be happy, worry-free kids. Parents have the peace of mind of knowing that our camp is a respectful, safety-conscious, medically-supported place, staffed by incredible employees, volunteers and renowned medical professionals. We also offer a welcoming place for the entire family to join in the fun and live in the happiness of the moment. Roundup River Ranch is a positive, long-lasting, life-enhancing experience for campers, their families, volunteers, staff, and the community. Through camp programs, we help children and families create a world of possibilities.”

 Vail Mountain School

Grouse Mountain Grill donates a multi-course wine paired Chef’s custom dinner menu to the highest bidder at VMS’s annual Auction in the fall.

“Operating on the principle that emotional stability is a requisite for academic success, students start each day at VMS with Homebase, a unique advisory forum designed to build community, strengthen character, and encourage ethical decision making. In partnership with parents, teachers help students confront problems, and set positive, proactive examples, challenging students to be their best in the classroom, on the playing field, online, and outside the school. We pride ourselves on celebrating individual achievements and supporting each other’s struggles. The result is a caring community of engaged learners that supports the greatness in one through the strength of many.”

 Bright Future Foundation

Grouse Mountain Grill donates a multi-course wine paired Chef’s custom dinner menu to the highest bidder at the Foundations’s annual fundraiser.

We focus on strengthening the community by supporting girls through scholarships, education and athletics. With our all-girl program we create a comfortable environment for growth as athletes, as learners, and as individuals.”

Hike & Dine for Jack’s Place

Grouse Mountain Grill provides about 425 hikers a tasting station along the trail that includes Chef’s delicious taste and our home made chocolate chip cookies.

“Patients traveling to Shaw for cancer treatment are invited to stay with their family and/or caregiver at Jack’s Place, A Cancer Caring Lodge. Named after Dr. Jack Eck, a longtime and beloved Vail-area doctor, and supported by the Shaw Outreach Team, Jack’s Place offers a haven of tranquility and well-being for patients who need day and night lodging during cancer treatment. “

BRAVO! Vail Music Festival

Grouse Mountain Grill supports Bravo! with complimentary dining in the restaurant to host their performers on a need basis. This program adds richness to the wonderful community and to its guests every summer.
