NEBBIOLO: A WORLD CLASS GRAPE WITH UNCANNY VERSATILITY

Nebbiolo, the rock star varietal that makes Barolo and Barbaresco household names has an incredible range of nuances and screams out for some food. Gnocchi, duck, lamb, even striped bass. A formidable alternative to a Napa cabernet, when pairing with a steak. Go for Barolo if you like big body and texture. Barbaresco is where nebbiolo is a little softer where the volume is turned down a bit in order to pick up on the mind-boggling complexity and uniqueness of this grape and it’s native terroir.
